Adult CPR/A​ED

This blended learning course will prepare you to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults. It is an interactive experience where you will respond to real-world em​ergencies in a virtual setting and practice the skills that will prepare you for the classroom skills session. Allow approximately 1 hour at your convenience to complete the online portion. Participants must complete all online elements before the in-person skills session. You MUST show your instructor your online completion certificate before progressing to the skills session. The in-person skills session is approximately 45 minutes. The skills session can be completed at or location or yours. Upon successful completion of both portions of this course, you will be issued a two year American Red Cross “Adult CPR/AED” certificate. $70 per person. Discounts available for groups of 8 or more.

Pediatric CPR/AED

This blended learning course will prepare you to recognize and care for breathing and cardiac emergencies involving infants and children. It is an interactive experience where you will respond to real-world emergencies in a virtual setting and practice the skills that will prepare you for the in-person skills session. Allow approximately 1 hour at your convenience to complete the online portion. Participants must complete all online elements before the in-person skills session. The in-person skills session is approximately 45 minutes. The skills session can be completed at our location or yours. Upon successful completion of both portions of this course, you will be issued a two year American Red Cross “Pediatric CPR/AED” certificate. $70 per person. Discounts available for groups of 8 or more.

You MUST show your instructor your online completion certificate before class. The in-person skills session is approximately 1 hour and 10 minutes. Skills sessions can be held at our location or yours. Upon successful completion of both portions of this course, you will be issued a two year American Red Cross “Adult and Pediatric CPR/AED” certificate. $79 per person. Adult & Pediatric FirstAid/CPR/AED

This blended learning course will prepare you to recognize and care for a variety of first aid, breathing and cardiac emergencies involving adults, children and infants. The online portion features an interactive experience where you will respond to real-world emergencies in a virtual setting and practice the skills that will prepare you for the in-person skills session. Allow approximately 2.5 hours at your convenience to complete the online portion. Participants are required to complete all elements of the online session prior to the in-person skills session. You MUST show your instructor your online completion certificate before class. The in-person skills session is approximately 1 hour and 40 minutes. Skills sessions can be held at our location or yours. Upon successful completion of both portions of this course, you will be issued a two year American Red Cross “Adult and Pediatric FirstAid/CPR/AED” certificate. $89 per person. Basic Life Support (BLS)

This blended Learning course provides participants with the knowledge and skills they need to assess, recognize and care for patients who are experiencing respiratory arrest, cardiac arrest, airway obstruction or opioid overdose. The intended audience for this course includes: Medical personnel, such as physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, physician assistants, nurse assistants, dentists, physical therapists, pharmacists and students entering the field. Public safety personnel and other professional responders, such as paramedics, advanced emergency medical technicians (AEMTs), emergency medical technicians (EMTs), firefighters, law enforcement, emergency medical responders (EMRs) and students entering the field. Allow approximately 1.5 hours at your convenience to complete the online portion. Participants are required to complete all elements of the online session prior to the in-person skills session. You MUST show your instructor your online completion certificate before class. The in-person skills session is approximately 2 hours. Skills sessions can be held at our location or yours. Upon successful completion of both portions of this course, you will be issued a two year American Red Cross “Basic Life Support” certificate. No prerequisites required. $89 per person. Minimum class size is 3 participants. Discounts available for groups of 9 or more. 

CPR/AED For Professional Rescuers

(CPRO)

This program trains individuals with a duty to act including lifeguards, EMS personnel, police, security personnel, firefighters and athletic trainers—to respond to breathing and cardiac emergencies in adults, children and infants until more advanced medical personnel take over. 

This course is also intended for individuals serving in roles that would be called upon to provide support in emergency situations, such as aquatic facility, gym/fitness club or community/recreation center staff. Allow approximately 3 hours at your convenience to complete the online portion. Participants are required to complete all online elements prior to the in-person skills session. You MUST show your instructor your online completion certificate before class. The in-person skills session is approximately 3 hours. Skills sessions can be held at our location or yours. Upon successful completion of both the online and skills portions of this course, you will be issued a two year American Red Cross “CPR/AED for Professional Rescuers” certificate. No prerequisites required. $89 per person. Minimum class size is 3 participants. Discounts available for groups of 9 or more.

Bloodborne Pathogens

The purpose of this course is to teach participants what bloodborne pathogens are, how bloodborne pathogens are spread, how to help prevent exposure incidents by following work practice controls, using engineering controls and personal protective equipment (PPE), practicing good personal hygiene, properly cleaning and disinfecting equipment and supplies, and how to recognize, report and follow up on employee exposure to blood and other potentially infectious materials. Participants who successfully complete this course and achieve defined levels of proficiency will receive a 1-year “Bloodborne Pathogens Training” certification. This class is approximately 1 hour. Classes taught at our location or yours. This course can be taken separately or added to any of the other courses. $30 per person. Discounts available for groups of 8 or more.

Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine

Auto-Injector

Learning objectives for this course are how to describe anaphylaxis, differentiate between a mild allergic and a severe (anaphylactic) reaction, apply the Emergency Action Steps to an anaphylaxis emergency, identify the steps for administering an epinephrine auto-injector, and describe how to store and maintain an epinephrine auto-injector. This class is approximately 45 minutes. It can be taken separately or with any of the other courses. Classes taught at our location or yours. Participants who successfully complete this course and achieve defined levels of proficiency receive a two year “Anaphylaxis and Epinephrine Auto-Injector” certificate. $25 per person. CPR Hands-Only

This American Red Cross Hands-Only CPR course is designed to teach untrained bystanders how to perform hands-only CPR. Having more bystanders in our communities trained in this simple skill can help save lives by putting more cardiac arrest victims within a few steps of lifesaving assistance. No certificate issued. This is a 30 minute class. $15 a person. Discounts are available for groups of 15 or more.
